Melinda is a prophetic voice, author, and a true visionary who loves to teach, train, and equip the body of Christ. Melinda is a licensed pastor at Bethel Church in Redding, California, alongside her husband, Pieter. Melinda is the co-founder of Arise and Shine International as well as Melinda Lagaay Ministries. She is also the Director of Operations at Igniting Hope Ministries with Steve & Wendy Backlund.

Together, Melinda and her husband Pieter are passionate about seeing marriages restored.

Pieter brings over 15 years of medical and legal expertise as CEO of Bezalel Innovations. As an AO fellow, former board-certified foot and ankle surgeon, and instructor for the American Academy of Foot and Ankle Osteosynthesis with multiple clinical publications, Pieter is passionate about innovation and healthcare. Pieter, also holds a Juris Doctorate providing valuable insight into healthcare law and intellectual property.

Pieter's vision is to develop innovative medical technologies that improve patient care and foster the next generation of purpose-driven leaders. Pieter and his wife are passionate about seeing individuals and marriages restored and redeemed.

They founded Arise & Shine International which focuses on biblical counseling, healing, and deliverance for couples and individuals. 

Wendy Backlund is a revelatory author and speaker who lives with her husband, Steve, in California. Wendy has a passion for setting Christians free from their past, and empowering them to walk in the fullness of their spirit identity in Christ. She is the author of Living from the Unseen, Victorious Emotions, and more. Wendy has a fervent dream to release hope and revelation of the renewed mind, leading the Body of Christ into life-changing encounters with God.

​Steve Backlund is an encourager, leader developer, joy activist, and a revivalist teacher. He travels extensively throughout the world encouraging churches, leaders, and organizations into catalytic levels of hope. He has a unique anointing to release hope and joy paired with a revelatory teaching gift that creates new wineskins for greater dimensions of God (both personally and corporately).

With over 12 years of ministry experience, Lisa Heiderick serves as the Finders Youth Lead with a passion for raising up a prophetic generation. An ordained pastor through Mission Church, she has spent years equipping both children and adults to hear God’s voice and walk confidently in their spiritual identity. As a seasoned prophetic trainer and former coach for prophetic teams, she has helped lead groups in activation, discernment, and Spirit-led growth.

She co-led Ignite School, a prophetic school at Mission Church, and taught Family Activates to empower families to grow in the prophetic together. Currently part of the Bethel Prophetic Ministry, Lisa brings both depth and joy to every environment she leads, cultivating spaces where the Holy Spirit moves freely and young people are awakened to their Kingdom purpose.
