Pieter and Melinda Lagaay are living proof that God specializes in turning broken stories into breathtaking testimonies of redemption, restoration, and love. Once on the brink of losing everything, Pieter and Melinda encountered the overwhelming, transformational love of God at their lowest point. What could have ended in heartbreak became a restored. Pieter and Melinda believe that no marriage is beyond God’s restoration. 

Pieter is a former foot and ankle surgeon with a Juris Doctorate, now channels his expertise as CEO of Bezalel Innovations while volunteering to equip men to walk in true freedom and identity as sons of God. Melinda is a prophetic voice, author, and visionary, serves as Director of Operations at Igniting Hope Ministries and co-founder of Melinda Lagaay Ministries, empowering the body of Christ with teaching, training, and contagious faith that all things are possible with God.

Wendy Backlund is a revelatory author and speaker who lives with her husband, Steve, in California. Wendy has a passion for setting Christians free from their past, and empowering them to walk in the fullness of their spirit identity in Christ. She is the author of Living from the Unseen, Victorious Emotions, and more. Wendy has a fervent dream to release hope and revelation of the renewed mind, leading the Body of Christ into life-changing encounters with God.

​Steve Backlund is an encourager, leader developer, joy activist, and a revivalist teacher. He travels extensively throughout the world encouraging churches, leaders, and organizations into catalytic levels of hope. He has a unique anointing to release hope and joy paired with a revelatory teaching gift that creates new wineskins for greater dimensions of God (both personally and corporately).

Pastor Darrell has been the lead pastor at Hillside Church in Redding, CA for over 12 years. Their world drastically changed in 2007 when their five year old son was diagnosed with Leukemia. It was during this 5 year battle that they discovered the deep truths of God’s love and promises. In October of 2011 they said goodbye to their son Matt. Unsure how to navigate life with so much pain and loss, they turned their hearts to the Lord and to each other. God converted pain into ministry and their relationship has grown deeper and stronger as they weathered the storms. Darrell and Gina love to be an encouragement to others who are facing life's deepest challenges. 

With over 12 years of ministry experience, Lisa Heiderick serves as the Finders Youth Lead with a passion for raising up a prophetic generation. An ordained pastor through Mission Church, she has spent years equipping both children and adults to hear God’s voice and walk confidently in their spiritual identity. As a seasoned prophetic trainer and former coach for prophetic teams, she has helped lead groups in activation, discernment, and Spirit-led growth.

She co-led Ignite School, a prophetic school at Mission Church, and taught Family Activates to empower families to grow in the prophetic together. Currently part of the Bethel Prophetic Ministry, Lisa brings both depth and joy to every environment she leads, cultivating spaces where the Holy Spirit moves freely and young people are awakened to their Kingdom purpose.

Luke Johanson is a dedicated youth pastor at Bethel Church in Redding, California, where he pours his heart into guiding and discipling junior high boys in the youth department. Luke carries a profound passion for igniting the faith of young hearts, empowering them to encounter the Lord intimately, embrace His timeless ways, and boldly step into their God-ordained destinies. 

He has also mentored high school and college STEM students for Bezalel Innovations, blending his gifts in leadership and discipleship to inspire the next generation in both spiritual growth and innovative pursuits. With a professional background in sales leadership, Luke brings a unique blend of problem-solving, mentorship, and relational wisdom to his ministry, equipping young people to lead with purpose, creativity, and faith.
